Jacob Ozuna, Benjamin Barborka, and Neamat Hassan (all Dental) published a paper, "A Retrospective Evaluation of the Prevalence of Cracked Teeth Among an Adult Population in Nevada," in the European Endodontic Journal that appeared online ahead of print. The paper identified the distribution and characteristics of cracked teeth among patients鈥
Nathan Anderson, Adam Lords, Ronald Laux, and Neamat Hassan (all Dental) just published a paper, "Retrospective Analysis of the Risks Factors of Peri-implantitis," in The Journal of Contemporary Dental Practice. The paper evaluated the risk factors and their implication on the development of peri-implant diseases. Anderson and Lords are鈥

Dr. Hassan Ziada, Dr. Marcia Ditmyer, and Dr. Neamat Hassan (all Dental) co-authored, "Reflections of Psychomotor Skill Development in Preclinical Simulation: A Qualitative Analysis," which appeared online this month in the European Journal of Dental Education.       
Dr. Linh Nguyen and Dr. Jeffrey Ebersole (both Dental) co-authored 鈥淏iological Aging and Periodontal Disease: Analysis of NHANES (2001-2002),鈥 which appeared online ahead of print last month in the JDR Clinical and Translational Research.

The paper investigated dental students' insight of their progression鈥
Sejin Bae, Bueonguk Kang, Hyungbin Lee, Harrison Luu, and Eric Mullins, along with Karl Kingsley (all Dental) authored 鈥淐haracterization of Dental Pulp Stem Cell Responses to Functional Biomaterials Including Mineralized Trioxide Aggregates,鈥 which appeared in the Journal of Functional Biomaterials in February. All except Kingsley are students.
