
Megan Hullinger, Ph.D

Biography
Since joining the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄܿƴó community in 2008, Meg has held leadership roles in new student programs, enrollment services, and academic advising. As the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Programs, Meg oversees the college's academic advising and student success units, curriculum assessment and revision, enrollment management, and scholarship administration. Her scholarly research examines policies within higher education and how they may shape student achievement, college completion, and overall institutional effectiveness. Meg also serves on the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄܿƴó Faculty Senate Bylaws Committee, Faculty Senate Special Hearing Committee, and Student Conduct Hearing Board.
Outside of her administrative duties, Meg has been a First‑Year Seminar instructor in the College of Sciences and the Lee Business School and upper-division courses focused on training and development strategies. She coordinates graduate internships in higher education administration and support services and leads personal and professional development workshops on organizational change, team dynamics, and performance improvement.
