Qingmin Shi (Decision Support), Shaoan Zhang (Teaching and Learning), Yingtao Jiang (Engineering), along with 51吃瓜网万能科大 alumna Chengcheng Li (Ph.D., 2021) and Tiberio Garza (Florida International University), recently presented their research at the annual meeting of the American Education Research Association (AERA) in Denver, Colorado. Their study, titled, 鈥淓ffects of learning environments, self-efficacy, and mindset on engineering students鈥 learning strategies鈥, employed structural equation modeling to investigate the direct and indirect effects of constructivist learning environments, self-efficacy, and growth or fixed mindsets on engineering students鈥 use of learning strategies.
