Can you share a memorable moment or experience from your time at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄܿƴó?
It’s been incredibly rewarding to serve on the Marketing Community Advisory Board and mentor undergraduate marketing students. I’ve enjoyed having the opportunity to sit down with students who are still figuring things out. I’m always happy to answer questions, provide advice, and help them build confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Beyond your professional work, what are some of your personal passions or interests?
Hiking is my favorite way to recharge, especially after a long and stressful week. I love exploring the trails at Red Rock, Valley of Fire, and Mount Charleston. One of the things I appreciate most about living in Vegas is the ability to enjoy the outdoors nearly all year long.
My personal goal is to hike in every U.S. National Park. So far, I’ve got 11 down and 52 more to go!
How do you stay motivated and continue growing in your field?
I strive for excellence in all that I do, and I’m always seeking opportunities for both personal and professional growth. I also surround myself with individuals who challenge, inspire, and motivate me. Serving on the Marketing Community Advisory Board has provided me with the opportunity to meet many talented professionals that I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know. I’ve been able to exchange ideas and learn from others’ experiences.
What role do you think innovation plays in shaping the future of your field?
The marketing field is constantly evolving. There is always new technology to learn about, emerging platforms, and shifts in consumer behavior. Staying informed and always adapting to our field’s changing landscape is essential to staying relevant. As marketers, we have to constantly share our thinking, embrace new ideas, and adapt our strategy to stay on pace.
